Hi Vagrants!
Get ready to inspire wild and sustainable travel to unqiue places alongside community of adventurers.
Our Story
I have always loved the wild spaces, the more remote the better.
Since working as a safari guide I felt compelled to both inspire others to travel more adventurously to less discovered corners of the world, whilst also promoting sustainable travel to help protect these untouched places.
Our logo is my favourite antelope - a Gemsbok. I was driving through the Namib desert when I saw a lone one atop the rusty red sand dunes. I got the idea for Vagrant and knew the symbol of the resiliant and nomadic gemsbok perfectly captured the essence of wild travel.
The Vagrant t-shirt is my essential travel companion as it not only inspires me to keep visiting new places, but also connects me to other like-minded adventerours on the roads less travelled.
Let’s connect, inspire, and take accountability. We can choose to live literally whatever life we want, and we can also to make sure that life doesn’t leave a negative impact. Be a wide-eyed wanderer, a jacked-up gypsy, a victorious and valiant vagabond. Being a vagrant means you’re already making a difference - and we’re so proud of that.
Here begins a new era, led by you, a troop of vagrants with the compassion and resilience to show people how we can change. Starting with a simple, sustainable and long-lasting wardrobe, a passion for our planet and it’s animals, and any manufacturing carbon emissions offset by a percentage of your payments going directly to re-wilding and plastic recycling charities.
Let it go, be bold and curious, step into the unknown, and return braver, more whole and a lot more independent that’s for sure. Habitually Intrepid? That’s who we are.
Love, Mima
