You will receive a order confirmation when your order is placed and normal delivery time is 5-10 days for international orders and 2-7 days for orders within Sweden. Some products may have a longer delivery times, due to holidays and peak seasons.

Your order is sent with PostNord and delivered home to your mailbox or to the selected delivery point. When your order is sent, you will receive an email with information on how to track your package. In the event of unexpected delays, you will be informed of this via e-mail.

All international deliveries are shipped with PostNord, UPS, DHL, Budbee or Bring to your destination. For uncollected parcels, a fee of 20 US dollars is charged. This is to cover the costs of shipping the parcel and receiving the return. If you change your mind after your order has been sent from us you must still pick it up and then send it to us in return. Otherwise, your purchase will automatically be registered as not collected and the fee will be charged.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order is placed, and a second email when the order is shipped.  In case you have not received the delivery confirmation email within 3 days from order, please contact customer service at info@vagrantapparel.com.

Sometimes a product might be out of stock or delayed. Within 1-3 working days you will then receive a email with information regarding your order. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding delivery times. In case of delivery delays, you have the right to cancel your order if the package has not left our warehouse.

If your parcel has been damaged due to the shipping we will replace your order with a new one. If you have questions about your delivery, please contact us. We will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays.

Vagrant Apparel reserves the right to make price and stock changes. It may occur that products on your order is out of stock. In those cases we will contact you by email within 1-3 working days. If you wish to cancel your order or have questions about the stock and delivery dates,  please contact customer service at info@vagrantapparel.com.

Delivery Charges

We charge a delivery cost of 5.20 US dollars within Sweden and 14.5 US dollars within Europe.

Deliveries outside Europe are charged 14.5 US dollars. The return freight is always paid by the customer. Should your goods be damaged or defected in any way, you will not have to pay the return freight. Please contact us before sending a claim or complaint back for further instructions.
